All parts and labor are guaranteed as shown on the front of the respective invoice. If no specific guarantee is written on the front, then all parts and work are guaranteed for 12 months from date of installation subject to the provisions of this Agreement. All warranties are void if the failure or damage is caused by misuse; abuse an intentional act by any person. Anya Carter will repair or replace at our option any defective parts or labor. Any warranty provided herein is null and void in the event that any subsequent work is done to the electronic by anyone other than Anya Carter in the normal course of business.
- Anya Carter is not responsible for unavailability of parts or delays in parts shipment beyond Anya Carter’s control.
- All charges for repairs, including labor and materials furnished, are due and payable simultaneously with the delivery of the within-described electronic or service. Notice shall be deemed to have been given upon the deposit in the United States mail of written notification to that affect addressed to the customer at the address given on the invoice.
- Customer/Owner acknowledges that, in some instances, used parts will be utilized in making a repair to a customer’s electronic. In that event, the front of the invoice or work order shall designate the fact that parts were obtained in used condition.
- Customer/Owner acknowledges that state or federal law may provide greater rights than this warranty.
- Use of parts provided by the Customer/Owner shall be so designated on the front of the invoice or work order.
- As used in this agreement, the term “property” or “electronic” shall be used interchangeably and shall refer to the Customer/Owner’s electronic as identified on the front of the work order or invoice.
- All other warranty provisions notwithstanding, the Customer/Owner acknowledges and agrees that Anya Carter’s liability shall, under no circumstances, exceed the face amount of the invoice provided.
- Customer/Owners are entitled to no-charge warranty service by appointment.
- The foregoing statement of warranty is exclusive and in place of all other remedies. There will be no cash refunds made under any circumstances as our work is not done on a “money-back guarantee” basis.
- In the event of any litigation between the parties hereto, all parties agree that jurisdiction and venue are proper in the Spokane County Superior Court and that this Agreement shall be governed by Washington Law.
